No, there are no setup fees for any of our standard plans. The monthly or annual subscription covers all aspects of the service, including installation and setup.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade, the new rate will be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. If you downgrade, the new rate will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Monthly plans can be canceled at any time with no penalty. Annual plans offer a significant discount but require a 12-month commitment. If you need to cancel an annual plan early, we'll refund the prorated unused portion minus a small administrative fee.
All necessary hardware is included with your subscription. This includes the Orbit Care hub, sensors, and wearable devices. If any equipment is damaged or lost, replacement fees may apply.
